Service Description

We begin outdoors, gently arriving into the season through scent, elemental ritual and intention. A space to release what feels heavy and rekindle what is ready to grow. As the evening unfolds, you'll be guided through a simple fire ritual, reflection, and grounding practices using essential oils- supporting your nervous system and reconnecting to your inner vitality. To close you'll be invited to relax and integrate in the warmth of the sauna- allowing the body to soften, detox and reset. This is not about doing more. This is about pacing, listening and honouring the transition into a new season.
