Wembury Wild Sauna – Terms & Conditions
1. Health, Medical Conditions & Personal Responsibility
1.1 Use of the sauna and cold-water facilities is entirely at your own risk.
1.2 You must not use the sauna or cold plunge if you are pregnant, suffer from cardiovascular or
circulatory problems, have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, are prone to dizziness or
fainting, or have any condition that may make heat or cold exposure unsafe.
1.3 Consult your GP or healthcare professional before attending if unsure.
1.4 Leave the sauna or plunge immediately if feeling unwell.
1.5 You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing.
2. Alcohol, Drugs & Behaviour
2.1 Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to use the sauna or plunge.
2.2 Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse entry for safety concerns.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1 Public sessions: minimum age 16.
3.2 Private hire: children aged 6–15 may attend only with a parent/guardian and signed child
waiver.
3.3 No child may use facilities unsupervised.
3.4 Under-16s are not insured to use the cold plunge or cold shower and therefore are not
permitted to use these facilities.
4. Safe Use & Conduct
4.1 Maximum recommended sauna time is 20 minutes.
4.2 Sit on a towel at all times.
4.3 Only water provided may be used on sauna stones.
4.4 No glass, sharp objects, or flammable materials allowed.
4.5 Remove metal jewellery before entering.
4.6 Outdoor areas may be uneven or slippery.
4.7 No food, bottles, or personal products permitted inside the sauna.

5. Hydration & Preparation
5.1 Stay hydrated before and after sessions.
5.2 Bring two towels: one for sitting, one for drying.
5.3 Swimwear must be worn at all times while using any Wembury Wild Sauna facilities.
5.4 Arrive clean before using the plunge.
6. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 Full payment required to secure booking.
6.2 Sessions are non-transferable.
6.3 Cancellation/rescheduling allowed up to 48 hours before session.
6.4 Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
6.5 No refunds for late arrivals or early departure.
6.6 If Wembury Wild Sauna must cancel, a refund or reschedule will be offered.
7. Site Safety & Environment
7.1 Natural outdoor sites may be uneven or slippery.
7.2 Sessions may be paused or cancelled due to unsafe weather.
7.3 Respect nature, wildlife, and the local area.
8. Mobile Sauna Hire (Private Hire)
8.1 Hirer must ensure safe access for delivery and collection.
8.2 Sauna must not be moved after setup.
8.3 Hirer responsible for safety of all users.
8.4 Damage or loss will be charged at cost.
8.5 Hirer must supervise all minors.
8.6 Hirer accepts liability for third-party claims resulting from misuse.
9. Liability
9.1 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9.2 Wembury Wild Sauna is not responsible for injuries due to misuse, pre-existing health issues,
slips/falls, or lost property.
9.3 Users release Wembury Wild Sauna from liability by participating.
10. Photography & Promotion
10.1 Photos may be taken at public sessions; inform staff if you do not wish to appear.
10.2 Private hire photos only taken with consent.
11. Privacy
11.1 Only essential personal data is collected.
11.2 Data is never sold or shared, except as required by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

By booking or attending, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions.
