IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
Eligibility & Restrictions
- Children under 16 are NOT insured or permitted to use the cold plunge or cold shower.
- Children aged 6–15 may use the sauna only during private hire sessions and must be supervised at all times by the parent/guardian listed above.
- No child may use the sauna unsupervised.
Health & Safety
- You confirm that your child is fit and well enough to take part in sauna use.
- You understand that sauna heat can exacerbate certain medical conditions.
- You agree to remove your child immediately if they feel unwell, dizzy, faint, or distressed.
Behaviour & Conduct
- Your child must follow all safety instructions from Wembury Wild Sauna staff.
- Running, climbing, or unsafe behaviour around the sauna or cold-water equipment is prohibited.
- Swimwear must be worn at all times.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
- I take full responsibility for the health, safety, and behaviour of the child named above.
- I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sauna use.
- I agree that Wembury Wild Sauna is not liable for injuries arising from misuse, failure to supervise, pre-existing conditions, or ignored safety rules.
- I understand that this release excludes incidents caused by negligence.
