A gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and drift into the magic of a summer sauna dream. Inspired by the wildflower meadows, fragrant herbs, ancient forests and long golden evenings, Sian will guide you through waves of aromatic steam, botanical infusions, traditional whisking, nourishing rituals, refreshing cold plunges and moments of deep stillness. Let the warmth soften your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect you with the healing rhythms of nature- a return home to yourself and the natural world.

Thank you for booking your Summer Holiday Wild Family Creative Session at Wembury Wild Sauna. We can’t wait to welcome you! Session Time: Mondays | 10:00am – 12:00pm What to expect: Enjoy a relaxed summer morning surrounded by nature while your children get creative with Millie, our qualified Early Years practitioner. Each week features a selection of nature-inspired activities, which may include: Watercolour painting Nature crown making Woodland wand crafting Leaf rubbing and nature printing Wildlife drawing and other seasonal crafts While the children are creating, you’ll have up to 2 hours of sauna access to relax and recharge at your own pace. What to bring: Swimwear for the adult using the sauna Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off) Water bottle Suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear for children, as activities take place outside Sun hat, sun cream or waterproofs depending on the weather Important Information: You can cancel or reschedule your booking 48 hours prior when you log in on the website and go to 'manage booking' Your booking includes one adult and up to two children aged 3–10 years. Children do not use the sauna. Children remain the full responsibility of their accompanying adult throughout the session. This is a family wellbeing experience and not a childcare service. Millie will lead the creative activities, but parents or carers are 100% responsible and must remain on site and available at all times. Activities take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather. Finding Us Please arrive around 10 minutes before your session so you have time to settle in before we begin.
