A relaxed class for all abilities, focusing on a good stretch, chill environment and no pressure. This class is an outdoor event, and will continue in most weather conditions, we will contact you if we have to cancel due to extreme weather and you will get a full refund. We are a wild sauna so expect a slightly wild yoga experience too!
